The Souza Cruz , leader of the tobacco sector company in Brazil, and part of the British American Tobacco Group, opened the Commercial Academy program that aims to train and develop sales consultants to work in the company.
The course will last up to three years and will consist of virtual classes, practical training and mentoring with specialists. The company intends to develop the skills of the candidates so that they can deal with job challenges in the daily life of a multinational.
According to Souza Cruz’s human resources manager, Monique Stony, as a business strategy and digital thinking, Souza Cruz seeks that professionals “learn in practice to work in a large and multinational company.”
Vacancies and requirements
The Souza Cruz program offers 28 places that will be distributed among the states of Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, Minas Gerais, Federal District, Goiás, Pernambuco, Santa Catarina, Rio Grande do Sul and Paraná.
To apply, it is necessary to have complete higher education, English at an advanced level, and CNH in category B. You must also be available to travel. Those approved will receive a salary compatible with the market and benefits.
Evidence and registration
Registrations must be made by January 27 at www.souzacruz.com.br . After online registration, candidates will undergo an initial distance interview, group dynamics, an interview with a manager and a driving test.
The last two stages require candidates to appear in person at Souza Cruz, there are units in eight states.
